Registration opening: December 2024

Your registration is always cheaper when you register as an ESCP member than in non-member status. You can benefit from all other advantanges of ESCP members. See Join ESCP now! and our ESCP website.

Included in the registration fee are: access to all sessions, welcome and farewell drink, catering during the day (coffee/tea breaks, lunch buffet), 3-course workshop dinner on Day 1, Programme book.

For those of you arriving by air to Schiphol Airport on Sunday 6 April, we will offer a shuttle service by minibus to the hotel which will be cheaper and faster than public transport. This can be booked when registration is open. The return shuttle on Tuesday will also be offered. Schedules will be made depending on arrival times of participants.

If your poster has been accepted you have to register for both days of the workshop by 14 March 2025.

If you have not registered by 14 March 2025 then your abstract will be withdrawn which means that there will be no opportunity to present your Poster or Oral presentation during the workshop.

The event will be a live event only. The option to register for online participation will only be available (and the only option) due to force majeure, e.g. because of another outbreak of a COVID pandemic does not allow for safe participation in a live event. In that case, participants that have paid the onsite fee will get a partial refund.

Payment of individual and group registration fees by sponsors is possible (please see possibilities in Sponsors brochure). Also, group registration discounts are possible. A group eligible for group discount consists of at least 10 persons that may ask International Office for off-line registration upon invoicing. The registration fee for a group is the ESCP member fee for individuals.

For Spring Workshops there is no reduced fee for students.
