The ESCP Education Committee aim to co-ordinate the educational activities of ESCP and takes care of the scientific level of these activities. The Education Committee also participates in the elaboration of the scientific programs of all ESCP events.
There are eight members of the Education Committee, one of whom is a representative of the ESCP General Committee. Members serve in the Education Committee for four years; continuation of office years must be approved annually by the group and is subjected to the General Committee’s approval.
The committee has defined the templates for symposiums and Spring Workshops. It is the responsibility of the Education Committee to keep the template updated and review proposals from other committees (e.g. scientific committee of an event) for amendments. The Education Committee will maintain a speakers database to be used by scientific committees when organizing an event.
The Education Committee is involved in deciding on a theme and title of an ESCP event.

The Committees are bound to act within the frameworks of the mission, vision and the (multiyear) strategy (see above), the year plan, the budget structure, the assigned budgets and decisions of the General Committee.
In general the committees are responsible (The General Committee has the final responsibility) for the preparation, implementation and evaluation of the communication, education and research policy of the ESCP.
In order for an adequate communication between the GC and the committees, committees will:
- Create a year plan, which will be presented during the General Assembly (including 1-2 items derived from the year plan of the General Committee);
- Report the proceedings with respect to the year plan at least twice a year (April and October)
- The chair of the committees (or their representatives) and the General Committee, have (as RESC) at least four (virtual) meetings per year.
Chairs of the committees are always present at the General Assembly.
