ESCP Almada 2026 Symposium: Bridging Gaps: Clinical Pharmacy in the Digital Transition of Care

We are delighted to invite you to the ESCP Autumn Symposium 2026, taking place in Almada, Portugal, from 12–14 October 2026.

The symposium will focus on bridging gaps in the digital transition of care, bringing together clinical pharmacy professionals, educators and researchers for three inspiring days of discussion, learning and collaboration.
The programme is structured around three connected themes, guiding participants from practice to education and research.
