ESCP Almada 2026 Symposium: Bridging Gaps: Clinical Pharmacy in the Digital Transition of Care

We are proud to invite you to join the Autumn Symposium of the European Society of Clinical Pharmacy in Almada, Portugal from 12-14 October 2026. This Autumn Symposium will focus on  bridging gaps in the digital transition of care.

Join us at the ESCP Almada 2026 Symposium which will bring together clinical pharmacy professionals, educators and researchers for three inspiring days exploring the digital transition of care. The scientific programme will feature renowned speakers and timely discussions across practice, education and research.

Day 1 will explore transition of care in a digital ecosystem.

Day 2 will focus on training the next generation of clinical pharmacists for this evolving landscape.

Day 3 will highlight research frontiers generating evidence for digital transition.

Together, these themes will offer fresh insight, practical learning and opportunities for meaningful collaboration across Europe and beyond.

The venue, Egas Moniz School of Health & Science, is easily accessible from Lisbon airport and the city centre.
