Your registration is always cheaper when you register as an ESCP member than in non-member status. You can benefit from all other advantanges of ESCP members. See Join ESCP now! and our ESCP website.
Included in the registration fee are: Access to all sessions, welcome and farewell drink, catering during the day (coffee/tea breaks, lunch buffet), the opening lecture on the evening before the event.
If your poster has been accepted you have to register for all 3 days of the symposium by 14 September 2026.
If you have not registered by 14 October 2026, your abstract will be withdrawn which means that there will be no opportunity to present your Poster or Oral presentation during the workshop.
The event will be a live event only. The option to register for online participation will only be available (and the only option) due to force majeure, e.g. because of another outbreak of a COVID pandemic does not allow for safe participation in a live event. In that case, participants that have paid the onsite fee will get a partial refund.
Payment of individual and group registration fees by sponsors is possible (please see possibilities in Sponsors brochure). Also, group registration discounts are possible. A group eligible for group discount consists of at least 10 persons that may ask International Office for off-line registration upon invoicing. The registration fee for a group is the ESCP member fee for individuals.

The Symposium 2026 has been accredited or will be applied for by the following nominated bodies:
– Netherlands: NVZA (Hospital pharmacists): pending; KNMP (Community pharmacists): pending
– Belgium: application is pending
– Austria: accredition by the Österreichische Apothekerkammer is pending
– Switzerland: pending
– ECPhA (European Council for Pharmacy Education): pending

Payment Policy
Payment can only be accepted by Paypal, Visa or Mastercard.
Registration Cancellation Policy
If cancelled before 31 July 2026 – 100% of the conference fee is refundable
If cancelled from 1 August 2026 to 30 September 2026 – 50% of the registration fee is refundable.
No refunds are payable from 1 October 2026 onwards.
Please note if you pre-register and do not attend the conference you will be charged your participation fee and will be required to settle any outstanding balances.
Changes, substitutions and cancellations of registration
Substitutions/replacements can be made at any time and are subject to a € 15 administrative fee
Notification of changes or cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the ESCP International Office at international.office@escpweb.org
Cancellation and refund policy
All applicable refunds will be made after the conference.
Bank service charges and all administration fees will be deducted from all conference registration refunds.
Cancellation of the conference
In the unlikely case of cancellation of the event, the organisers shall not accept liability for any consequential loss and shall have no liability to reimburse any other costs that may have been incurred, including transport costs, accommodation etc. Delegates are encouraged to take out travel insurance when making travel and accommodation arrangements.
Photography, audio recording and video recording
Photography, audio recording and video recording will be taking place at the conference. The release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of this content will be used for news, webcasts, promotional purposes, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by the conference, its sponsors/exhibitors and its affiliates and representatives. Please notify us if you wish to be removed from any such materials in advance of the conference by emailing international.office@escpweb.org
Code of Conduct
This Conference is dedicated to providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion (or lack thereof), or technology choices. We do not tolerate harassment of delegates in any form. Inappropriate language and imagery are not acceptable to be included in presentations, workshops, networking forums and other online media. Conference delegates violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the conference without a refund at the discretion of the conference organisers.
