Guidelines for submitting workshop proposals

We welcome submissions for workshop proposals.

According to our reimbursement guidelines, only the first workshop moderator will be reimbursed. He or she will receive a free registration to the symposium, reimbursement of the travel expenses (max € 350,-) and a maximum of 2 nights hotel (arranged by the organization). Other moderators are not entitled to any reimbursements. Also, reimbursements are not transferable.
