The ESCP Communication Committee co-ordinates the communication of the society’s activities via all available communication channels, including emails, the newsletter and social media.
There are a maximum of 10 members of the Communication Committee, including one representative of the ESCP General Committee, the ESCP Director, and the webmaster. Members serve in the Communication Committee for four years; continuation of office years must be approved annually by the group and is subjected to the General Committee’s approval.
The committee tasks and procedures are described in the Charter of the Communication Committee.

The Committees are bound to act within the frameworks of the mission, vision and the (multiyear) strategy (see above), the year plan, the budget structure, the assigned budgets and decisions of the General Committee.
In general the committees are responsible (The General Committee has the final responsibility) for the preparation, implementation and evaluation of the communication, education and research policy of the ESCP.
In order for an adequate communication between the GC and the committees, committees will:
- Create a year plan, which will be presented during the General Assembly
- Report the proceedings with respect to the year plan at least twice a year (April and October)
- The chair of the committees (or their representatives) and the General Committee, have at least four (virtual) meetings per year.
Chairs of the committees are always present at the General Assembly.
