General Committee is the leadership committee, with all committee members elected by the ESCP members. The ESCP President is Chair of the General Committee. The Executive Committee of the General Committee comprises the President, Vice President, Past President, Treasurer and Secretary.
The General Committee is entrusted with the conduct of the Society. The General Committee can entrust the Executive Committee with the carrying out of resolutions passed by the General Assembly and with the carrying out of resolutions passed by the General Committee.
The General Committee is supported by working committees, with specific responsibilities. These committees are

The International Office comprises the ESCP Director and Deputy Director. The International Office is responsible for the administrative matters of the Society and for monitoring the compliancy to regulations.

The Committees are bound to act within the frameworks of the mission, vision and the (multiyear) strategy (see above), the year plan, the budget structure, the assigned budgets and decisions of the General Committee.
In general the committees are responsible (The General Committee has the final responsibility) for the preparation, implementation and evaluation of the communication, education and research policy of the ESCP.
