As an international leader in advancing clinical pharmacy practice the ESCP recognises that clinical pharmacy is a hugely influential force across the spectrum of the patient pathway to improve medicines use and patient outcomes. The Autumn Symposium in Aberdeen will focus on Innovations in Clinical Pharmacy Practice, Education and Research to explore and share innovative practices that deliver person-centered goals.
