Description
The aim is to discuss the role of pharmacists in promoting oral and dental health, and how it extends to a holistic approach of caring for our patients beyond the mouth.
Ambica Bhambra Studied Pharmacy (MPharm) in UCL, graduated 2014, did a Pre-registration in community pharmacy in London 2014-2015. She became a Registered Pharmacist in 2015. Then she studied Dentistry (BDS) at Newcastle University, where she graduated in 2020. She has worked at Newcastle Dental Hospital and in dental practice during 2020 – 2022. Currently she is a Community dentist (special care dentistry) and part-time Community Pharmacist.
