Séverine Crettol Wavre : Pharmacist with a PhD on the pharmacogenetics of methadone, I serve as the Joint Deputy Head of the Unit of Pharmacogenetics and Clinical Psychopharmacology within the Psychiatry Department of the University Hospital of Lausanne, Switzerland. In our laboratory, we are specialized in the therapeutic drug monitoring (TDM) of psychotropic drugs, as well as pharmacogenetic testing including genotyping and phenotyping test of CYP450 enzymes. The clinical interpretation of all our analyses is our strength. This precision medicine approach helps to tailor psychotropic treatments to each patient’s unique profile, to improve outcomes and reduce adverse effects. Our unit has also developed a psychopharmacology telephone consultation for healthcare professionals (from the hospital or private practice) and we take part in clinical case discussion seminars with the different inpatient and outpatient units of the Department of Psychiatry.

Juliette Lagreula, PharmD, PhD: Hospital and clinical pharmacist with a PhD in psychiatric pharmacotherapy from UCLouvain, Belgium, and experiences in the UK (University of Bath) and Canada (Université de Montréal), I currently work at the Pharmacogenetics and Clinical Psychopharmacology Unit, Psychiatry Department, Centre Hospitalier Universitaire Vaudois (CHUV), Lausanne, Switzerland.
